the raw bar
Oysters on the half shell with some lemon, horseradish, and cocktail sauce to get you started. Look out for our $1 Oyster happy hour on Tuesdays at our select locations!
the boiler
Customize your boiler bag with your favorite seafoods and sides. Choose between our two classic sauces—Cap’t Loui or Lemon Pepper—then let us know your preferred spice level (mild, medium, hot, or extra hot!) and you’re all set to enjoy your very own seafood boil. (Pssst. We highly recommend the garlic noodles on the side to dip into the sauce.)
the fryer
Choose from a variety of our freshly fried baskets like soft shell crab, shrimp, fish & chips, calamari, chicken wings, or chicken tenders. They all come with a side of your favorite fries (regular, cajun, or lemon pepper). Any of our fryer baskets are great as a side or appetizer to the boiler combo, but they’re also great as the main course as well.
Soups
Warm yourself with some jambalaya with its Southern Cajun flavors, or with the North Eastern favorite, New England Clam Chowder.
sides
Add sides to mix in with your boiler bag like sausages, garlic noodles, corn, and potatoes, or just go for our classic coleslaw or rice to compliment your meal.
drinks
Cap’t Loui cocktail/mocktail pouch drinks come in a variety of different flavors. Each Cap’t Loui location has their own unique drink menu with some flavors you can only find at that one location.
dessert
Funnel cake fries with powder sugar, an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle on top as the ultimate finisher.
